Musaka od kropompira, ljuspica, prosa i pirinča





Potrebno:

- sojine ljuspice
- manja šolja pirinča
- manja šolja prosa
- 2-3 šargarepe rendane
- glavica , dve luka
- 3 jaja
- jogurt

Prodinstati crni luk, dodati pirinač, proso, rendanu šargarepu i sojine ljuspice. Dinstati 20ak minuta.



Začiniti fil po želji, so , biber , peršun.. Iseći krompir na tanke kolutove. Umutiti u činiji tri jajaj , 1 1/2 šolju jogurta i malo vode za preliv.



Redjati krompir - fil - krompir- preliv- fil - krompir - preliv.



Peći 40-45 minuta u rerni.
Može se jesti i toplo i hladno.
Narendati sir preko musake u tanjiru i dodati soja sos , tako mi volimo :))...
