Za knedle: umutiti jaje i 4 kašike griza najbolje je ostaviti da odstoji u frižideru pola sata , sat. Ja uvek kuvam veću količinu za npr. dva dana i onda ga dodajem u jela.<br />Iseckati dva čena belog luka i na malo ulja propržiti, dodati dve šake očišćenog spanaća i sve zajedno propržiti vrlo kratko - 2 minuta. Kada je spanać gotov sitno ga iseckati i pomešati sa integralnim pirinčem. Dodati soja sos , promešati i služiti. Sutra dan ga skuvam dok voda ne proključa, prospem vodu i sipam novu.. ali mogu reće da se ove procedure nepridržavam uvek. Nekada samo properem pasulj ( pa i bez potapanja) i stavim da se kuva... Ali prethodno propržim luk nekih 5-6 minuta i onda dodajem kombu algu nekoliko santimetara dugu, pasulj i vodu i šargarepu. To je sve. Kuvam dok ne bude mekano zrno. Dodam u toku kuvanja malo soli. Nema zaprške nema ništa.. I dalje smo na sedmnom nebu veseli zbog svega ....<br />Nikako ne mogu da nadjem slike od ulaza u radnju ali postaviću drugi put.<br /><br />Prodavnica se inače nalazi u Požarevačkoj 13 na vračaru. Ostalo mi je puno kože koju sam kao grickala i bilo mi je žao da je bacim i setih se da sam negde poročitala da je moguće zapeći i napraviti kao čips.<br /><br />Stavila sam kore u pleh posula sa malo žutog šećera i stavila u zagrejanu rernu , pekla 20ak minuta uz mešanje da ne zagori.<br /><br />Nije uopšte loše. Jedan deo je bio fino hrskav dok su neki komadi bili sočni. Izblendovati uz dodatak malo vode ili ulja po želji.<br />Dajkon rotkvu iseći na koture, papriku na trake i nacepkati zelenu salatu. Semenke bundeve prepeći. Salatu posuti peršunom i semenkama od bundeve i preko sipati dip.
