Skuvati neku žitaricu (žito, pirinač, ješam...)
Iseći:
-crveni kupus,
-papriku,
-krastavac,
-zelenu salatu,
-šargarepu,
-jabukač
-čičoku,
-paradajz.
Preliti sa malo maslinovog ulja i limuna i posoliti po želji.
Sve promešati i servirati u velikoj činiji.
U sredinu sipati žitaricu a okolo rasporediti salatu.
Posuti susamom i lanom
Ingredients:
- red cabage
- paprika
- cucumber
- lettuce
- carrot
- apple
- tomato
Cook some grain ( wheat or rice or barley or millet).
I use wheat. Mix together all vegetables, oliv oil and lemon juice.
Put everything into a large bowl. In the center put wheat and serve garnished with raw sesame and flax.
